Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ARKbs Labs (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you play Color Blitz (the “Game”). By using the Game, you agree to the practices described here.
The Game is built on the Base44 platform, which provides authentication, data storage and hosting. Some information is therefore processed by Base44 and the sign-in and advertising providers described below.
Information you supply:
Gameplay information:
Technical information collected automatically:
We do not collect payment card information — Color Blitz does not currently offer in-app purchases.
When you use the Game, our service providers may automatically receive technical data such as your IP address, device or browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. In the native Android build, the advertising provider may also receive advertising identifiers and information about your interactions with ads.
We use the information we collect to:
Color Blitz requires an account to play — there is no separate guest play mode. You must sign in with one of the supported providers before accessing gameplay.
Some preferences and cached progress are also saved in your browser or app storage (see “Local Storage and Device Storage”). This local data is not tied to a guest account and may be removed by clearing app or browser storage.
Authentication is handled by the Base44 platform. You can sign in using Google, Apple, Facebook or Microsoft. These providers process your sign-in through their own services and share with us the information you agree to share (typically your email address and basic profile details).
ARKbs Labs does not receive or store your provider password. Authentication tokens are managed by Base44 and your device; access tokens are not stored in page URLs by the Game.
For signed-in players, gameplay data is stored in Base44 entities, including your player profile, total campaign score, highest unlocked level, per-level best scores, leaderboard entries, daily/elite challenge results, achievements, campaign rewards and friend connections.
A copy of some progress and preferences is also kept locally on your device (see “Local Storage and Device Storage”) so the Game remains responsive and remembers your settings.
Leaderboards may display the following information to other players: your display name, score, level reached, accuracy, reaction time and rank. Your private email address is not intentionally displayed publicly.
Color Blitz includes rewarded and interstitial advertising in its native Android build, delivered through Google AdMob. In browser or desktop preview builds, no real ads are shown.
When ads are shown, Google AdMob may process information such as device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, advertising interactions, app activity and diagnostic information. You can choose whether ads may be personalized in Settings → Ad Privacy Choices; your choice is stored on your device and shared with the native ad bridge.
We do not claim the Game has no advertising. AdMob’s privacy practices are governed by Google’s policies; see the links in “Third-Party Services”.
Color Blitz does not integrate a separate third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK in the app itself. The Base44 platform may process operational and diagnostic data necessary to host and secure the service, and the advertising provider may collect ad-measurement data as described above.
The Game stores the following on your device:
Clearing app or browser data, or uninstalling the app, may delete locally stored information. Cloud data linked to your account is not affected by clearing local storage.
We do not sell your personal information. To operate the Game, your information may be processed by the service providers listed above (Base44, sign-in providers, and Google AdMob for advertising). Certain gameplay information is shared with other players through leaderboards. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect the rights, safety or security of the Game and its users.
Account information and cloud gameplay data may be retained while your account remains active. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, security or legal obligations. Locally stored data may remain until app or browser storage is cleared or the app is uninstalled.
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
You can request deletion of your account and data in two ways:
In-app: Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account Data → Delete Forever. This runs a server-side deletion that removes your player profile, gameplay progress, per-level bests, leaderboard entries, campaign rewards and friend connections, clears local and session storage, invalidates cached data, and signs you out. See our public deletion page for full details.
By email: Contact support@arkbslabs.com from the email linked to your account. Include the Game name (Color Blitz) and write “Account Deletion Request” in the subject line.
Deleted: player profile, stats, per-level scores, leaderboard entries, campaign rewards, daily/elite challenge history, achievements and friend relationships.
Anonymized: security and anti-cheat records have personal identifiers replaced with non-identifying values, so they may be retained for fraud and abuse prevention.
Retained: the Base44 authentication account record may remain at the platform level, because Base44 does not expose an app-side API to delete the core user. To request full removal of the auth record, email support.
After deletion, signing in again with the same provider starts a fresh profile — your previous data does not return. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Identity verification may be required. You can remove locally stored data immediately by clearing app storage or uninstalling.
The Game is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. A parent or guardian may contact support@arkbslabs.com to request review or deletion of a child’s information.
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and rely on the security controls of Base44 and our providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. By using the Game, you consent to such transfers where applicable.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing of your personal data, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, request data portability, and lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact support@arkbslabs.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the updated policy. The “Last Updated” date above indicates when it was last revised.
