Terms of Use

By playing Color Blitz you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play Color Blitz for your own entertainment. You may not resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the game.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the display name you choose. Pick a name that is not offensive, misleading or infringing. Keep your sign-in details secure.

You agree not to:

• cheat, automate play, or manipulate scores, timers or rewards;
• interfere with the game's verification or reward systems;
• attempt to access another player's account or data;
• disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service;
• use the game for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or remove access where we detect manipulation or abuse.

Blitz Points, in-game rewards and progression have no monetary value, are not property, and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the game. Rewards from optional rewarded ads are granted only after server-side verification succeeds. We may adjust balances affected by errors, exploits or manipulation.

The Android version shows ads, including optional rewarded ads you choose to watch. Advertising is delivered by third-party services and is subject to their terms. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Color Blitz relies on third-party platforms for hosting, backend services, authentication and advertising. Their availability and behaviour are outside our control, and their own terms apply to their services.

We aim to keep Color Blitz available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the game, including levels, features and reward mechanics, at any time.

Color Blitz, its name, artwork, design, code and other content are owned by ARKBS Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

The game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARKBS Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost progress, scores or in-game points.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

You may stop playing at any time and remove your account data from inside the game under Settings. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached.

We may revise these terms as the game develops. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the revised terms.
